PT LAPI ITB welcomed a benchmarking visit from LAPITEK UKRI (Institute for the Development of Science and Technology, Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia) as part of efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance organizational governance.
The visit was attended by the President Director of PT LAPI ITB, accompanied by the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) and Corporate Secretary. It served as a strategic forum for discussions on institutional governance, business model and partnership development, management of industry collaborations, administrative and financial systems, as well as the implementation of best practices to ensure organizational sustainability.
