PT LAPI ITB welcomed nine participants of the MagangHub Internship Program, who will undertake a learning and competency development journey across various functions, including Information Technology (IT), Human Capital Management (HCM), Legal, and Finance.
The onboarding session served as an important step in building participants’ understanding of the work environment, organizational values, and expectations for their contributions throughout the program. The session was officially opened by the President Director, Director, and SEVP of PT LAPI ITB, reflecting management’s commitment to supporting young talent development through meaningful work experiences that are relevant to industry needs.
Through this program, PT LAPI ITB aims to provide young professionals with opportunities to develop their competencies, broaden their professional perspectives, and contribute to achieving the organization’s goals.
