Commitment to environmental sustainability is demonstrated through PT LAPI ITB’s support for tree-planting and greening initiatives in the area surrounding Bosscha Observatory, as well as along the Cipaganti River watershed extending to the Tjibadak Spring. Together with local communities, Yayasan Cinta Alam Indonesia (CAI), TEDxBandung, Pangaping Baresan Incu-Putu Pangauban, and various other partners, this initiative represents a tangible effort to preserve the environment while strengthening cross-community collaboration for a greener future.
Through its CSR program, PT LAPI ITB has contributed to the provision and planting of hundreds of conservation plant seedlings and native species that represent the local identity of the Cipaganti area. The enthusiastic participation of community members in the planting activities and seedling distribution demonstrates that environmental conservation efforts can become even more impactful when carried out collectively. We believe that every tree planted today is a valuable investment in the sustainability of ecosystems and the quality of life of future generations.
